Returns Policy

 

Our return policy allows for a full refund only in cases where the received product is defective or incorrect. You may return such items within 10 days of delivery, and we will cover the return shipping costs. To initiate the return process, please visit our boutique in Bondi Junction or email info@bachini.com.au, with your order number and product details. Proof of the defect or incorrect item must be provided.

 

Please note that the returned item will be inspected by our jeweller for manufacturing defects. If the issue is found to be a result of normal wear and tear, the product cannot be returned for a refund. However, we can provide you with a quotation for the repair of the item. Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval, with the entire process typically taking up to four weeks, including transit time (5 to 10 business days), our processing time (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's refund processing (5 to 10 business days). Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
